The tumor was excised by a deep lobe parotidectomy. The surgical procedure with a cervical-transparotid approach is explained step-by-step. Facial nerve anatomy and the technique/landmarks to find and preserve the facial nerv trunk is showcased in detail. The surgical procedure was recorded with 4k sensor technology. This high-resolution image enables the user to identify and differentiate all important anatomical structures and landmarks.
