| Video Discription | I never expected this 😮 When I was battling bulimia, my days were filled with restriction, bingeing, purging, and guilt. 😞 It felt like I’d never find a way out. But then I read about extreme hunger and learned that the “binging” I previously experienced was just a result of all the restriction and purging I had put my body through over the years. I didn’t have a binge eating disorder - I was just very, very deprived. Then I did something I never thought I could - I started eating enough to fuel my body. I aimed for 2500-3500 calories a day, and I finally listened to my body, honoring my extreme hunger whenever it showed up. 🍲💪 I stopped ALL restriction, ALL purging, and I stopped exercising to give my body rest. I allowed ALL foods - even my former “binge foods.” What happened next changed everything…✨ Instead of bingeing, my hunger started to normalize, my intense cravings began to fade, I stopped thinking about food all day, and I could focus on other things. My life completely changed.
